Brittney Adu	Hey! My name is Brittney Adu and I am a sophomore at Ridgeway High. I am an International Baccalaureate student at my school, and I also play on the girls soccer team. I love to read and write, and I’m enjoying my first year of working at The Teen Appeal.
Brasia Austin	Hey! My name is Brasia ”Bray” Austin and I am a junior at Central High School, better known as THE HIGH SCHOOL. I am just joining the Teen Appeal Staff this year. I am in concert choir, student council, National English Honor Society and a part of a high school organization called The Ladies of Roses Mentoring Program. I think education is very important so I try to maintain a 4.0 and above. I love singing, shopping,eating and making people smile. I am a very blissful person with a bubbly personality and I absolutely love The Teen Appeal!
Sudeshna Barman	My name is Sudeshna Barman and I am a sophomore at White Station High School. This is my first year working with The Teen Appeal. I also write for the school newspaper, The Scroll, and run for the Cross Country team. I am involved in the Model United Nations Club, the French Club, and the Book Club. I also tutor math at Kingsbury High School.
Lauren A. Burnette	Lauren Burnette is a senior at Whitehaven High School. She has been a cheerleader for three years and captain for the past two. Lauren is also an honors student, she participates in concert choir and Memphis Ambassadors Program as well as other clubs and activities.
Rachel Busby	Hey, my name is Rachel but most people call me “Skittles” because I love them so much. I am a senior at The Hollis F. Price Early Middle College High School on The Lemoyne Owen College Campus, where I take college classes in addition to my high school classes. I enjoy listening to music, playing video games, running track, talking, playing the violin, and writing. I love writing, period, whether it’s poetry, lyrics, essays or articles. Writing and music are my life! This is my first year writing for The Teen Appeal and I’ve already learned so much.
Sharleen Hamilton	My name is Sharleen Hamilton. I am a senior at Booker T. Washington High School. This is my first year writing with The Teen Appeal. I am a school representative, secretary of the senior class, a member of the debate team, member of FBLA, and an Envoy student. I participate in many events at my school which include cheerleading, softball, track, and a plethora of other organizations. I really love to write, that is the main reason for me joining the Teen Appeal. I plan to major in Law and minor in Journalism.
Madison Renea Inman	Hello, my name is Madison Renea Inman but I like to call myself Saiko Renea. I am a sophomore at Middle College High School. This is my first year participating with The Teen Appeal. My sport is an educational argument, in other words, debate. I’ve debated for two years (including this one) and it has been a very successful journey. In addition to debating, I love music, fashion, tweeting, playing Bejeweled, eating and blogging. Also, I believe I’m a very DOPE person, so please look forward to seeing my name within the newspaper. #teamTEENAPPEAL
Kenya Jackson	Hey! My name is Kenya Jackson. I attend Westwood High School as a junior. This is my first year with The Teen Appeal and so far I like it. I am also on the Debate Team, I sing in the choir and I am a 11th grade represenative for the student government. I love Zodiac Signs (I’m a Scorpio.), music, isolation and myself. I can be the nicest person ever, as long as you are nice to me. I have many talents and writing is one of them. I guess that’s why I joined The Teen Appeal, because I like to voice my opinions and others. Yeah, I’m very outspoken, too.
Arthur McFerren	My name is Arthur Dewayne Reed McFerren. I was born on April 4, 1993. I am from Memphis, Tenn. I am currently a senior attending Trezevant High School. I got accepted to be on The Teen Appeal Staff earlier this year, when I applied. I play football and run track for Trezevant High School. I am going to college after high school to major in game development. I will also study in physical training. I will be going to the Army National Guard right after high school.
Toneshia McKinley	My name is Toneshia “Tonii” McKinley. I attend Westwood High School and I am a sophomore. This is my first year with The Teen Appeal. I love listening to music, painting, dancing, singing and writing (poetry). At school, I am on the color guard, the rifle team, student government, and in a group called Ladies of Distinction. I love shopping and just having fun.
Natasha Mehra	Hello! My name is Natasha Mehra and I am a SENIOR at White Station High School. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures. In my free time, I love playing and watching sports and paling the guitar. This is my third year on The Teen Appeal Staff and I’m looking forward to another amazing year.
Nicole Nichols	Hi! My name is Nicole Nichols and I’m a junior at Cordova High School. I play tennis for my school and I’m also a part of the French club. I am very interested in photography, art and writing. This is my first year as a Teen Appeal staffer and I’m very excited about it!
Cierra Paige	Hi! My name is Cierra Paige and I’m a senior at Overton High School. I love reading and writing poetry and stories almost as much as I love eating and sleeping! I also enjoy running track and am a member of the Overton Marching Band as a Color Guard. This is my first year being a part of The Teen Appeal Staff and I must say that it is very fun! Everyone is enthusiastic about writing and very helpful!
Justin Pearson	I am Justin J. Pearson. I am a junior and I attend Mitchell High School. This is my first year on The Teen Appeal. I am an athlete, academic and advocate. I play varsity golf and run track. I am a scholar and believe in possibilities that may seem impossible. I will continuously work towards being a better me by helping other people excel.
Shantel Pettigrew	Hey, my name is Shantel Pettigrew, but most people call me Shanny. I attend Trezevant High where I am a junior. I love to laugh and make others smile. I’m extremely interested in music, poetry, writing and science. This is my first year as a staff member hopefully more to come. I’m exicited for the journey I will have with The Teen Appeal.
Ruthie Shaffer	My name is Ruthie Shaffer and I am a senior at White Station High School. This is my third year as a staff writer for The Teen Appeal and my second year as a staff writer for my high school newspaper, The Scroll. I play viola in the Memphis Youth Symphony, and write and perform original songs (for guitar and voice) around Memphis. I love writing and am excited for another year on The Teen Appeal!
Anneliese Sloves	My name is Anneliese Sloves and I am a senior at White Station High School. I started freelancing for the Teen Appeal in 2009 and officially became a staff member in 2010. I am also a part of my school’s Tutoring Club and Latin Club, and in my free time I enjoy photography and film-making. After high school I want to major in Communications and Film Studies.
Jeremy Williams	My name is Jeremy Williams and I am a senior at Central High School. My hobbies include traveling, writing, reading and technology. I have been in The Teen Appeal for three years.

I am trying to confirm if “Teen Appeal” will be published inside the Commercial Appeal this year. If so, can somebody help me with the 2012 schedule?
