I can’t believe it is over! I have been on The Teen Appeal staff for two years, and I must say it has been a very rewarding experience. I have had the pleasure of meeting some dynamic and influential people who are going to take journalism by storm.
High school has been one experience that had more good times than bad. I made lifelong friends and had experiences that have made me a better person. The Hamilton High School Class of 2006 will go down as one of the best in my school’s recent history. Our basketball team brought home the 2006 State Basketball title, and our class will have one of the highest graduation rates in years.
I will soon close this chapter of my life and began a new one. I plan to enroll at either Mississippi University for Women, Stephens College or Crichton College in the fall of 2006. I will take the knowledge that I have gained and use it to help me to expand my education even further.
I hope to become a television news reporter, a freelance journalist or a physical therapist. I wish my entire fellow Hamilton 2006 graduates much luck and success in their future endeavors. We have had lots of fun together these past four years, but, it is time to move on.
